# 账户管理

  <Accordion title="为什么我的账户因账单问题而被冻结？">
    账号因账单问题而被冻结，是出于以下某一项原因：

    * 付款方式和个人详细信息不匹配
    * 用户登录的国家/地区与信用卡所在的国家/地区不同
    * 处理拒付的尝试次数过多
    * 未能使用 3D secure 对信用卡付款进行身份验证

    * 在“设置密码”部分，输入所需的密码。

    * 重新输入密码以确认您的密码。
    * 点击“保存密码”。
    * 如果出现提示，请输入您的 2FA 代码以验证操作。

    如果您在处于不活跃状态的月份中，您的余额中有剩余资金，则不会损失余额，但将在下个月的第一天向您收取费用，以使该余额达到最低月度承诺金额。

  <Accordion title="如何防止我的账户被关停？">
